This project focused on defining a new technology solution as the backbone to an innovative growth
strategy.
Acclaro led the founder and CEO through a series of solution definition sessions to correctly capture the product vision, which is to dramatically improve logistics and service management processes for customers. This included mapping out all business model components and the path to customer validation, solution build and launch, always keeping the customer as the central driving force. In addition, this work also enabled the CEO to envision and architect a growth plan fully endorsed by the Board of Directors.
This program focused on ensuring this technology company could scale their organization to enable the deployment of an indirect channel structure.
Acclaro worked collaboratively on a plan that was focused not only on the technology and process changes, but also defined their channel structure & tiers, simplified their value proposition and aligned their product roadmap to customer need. In addition, we defined channel engagement, order and product delivery processes, and program managed the initial build of all deliverables to enable 2 large North American resellers to successfully on board customers. Through the process, Acclaro worked collaboratively to assess skills, identify gaps and develop tangible action plans to enable the organization.
This engagement is centered on guiding the organization through the new product definition, build, commercialization and go to market launch process.
Acclaro is working collaboratively with the Executive team to ensure they translate their solution vision into a hardened, scalable product within a six-month timeframe. This includes development of a customer validated value proposition and business model, end to end delivery process build, sales enablement and go to market execution targeting the North American Rail industry.
This project focused on enabling the company’s sales organization to have the most effective annual kick off in corporate history.
Acclaro guided the Product Line of Business and Sales Leadership teams in a collaborative project to ensure we delivered a highly impactful, 2-day engagement session with Sales, Product and Marketing. The scope included translating the high-level corporate vision down to the Product and Sales strategic and tactical level, mapping out a plan to deliver on 2019 objectives. Post event feedback from participants confirmed Sales felt they had 100% of the tools for success in 2019, as a result of the collaborative work and program output.
This Strategic planning process, focusing on the delivery of a relevant and thought provoking environmental scan and accompanying options for 5 year goals, ensured there is a sustainable and evolving roadmap as an output of a full day Board of Directors Retreat.
Acclaro worked collaboratively with the CEO & Management Team, guiding them through a process of research and reflection in building out strategic options for the Board to discuss and debate in getting to a revamped 5yr strategy built to meet the current and future needs of their families. They then successfully facilitated the interactive full-day session with the group of Alberta business and community leaders in aligning on the core strategic imperatives and accompanying goals that will drive the organization forward.

Acclaro worked collaboratively with the CEO & VP Software Solutions to uncover market drivers and better tell the story of their Oil & Gas focused solutions, helped define where they needed to evolve to meet the future needs of their core target customers, facilitated the build of their short term action plan focused on retain and grow strategies for US & Canada along with brand narrative, positioning and messaging modification to facilitate success, and program managed the build / test / deploy innovative solution set sprints to transform their business.
